Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in their original condition
Returned in the original packaging, with all tags attached
Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

As our sets consist of premium luxury pieces, we are unable to accept returns on items that show any signs of use.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@onarrivalstudio.com within your return window. Include your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
